Add your invoicing settings

Invoice settings allow you to personalise your invoices.

Add the correct practice name, number and bank details:

  1. In your account, from the sidebar, under settings, click Spaces. For the relevant space, under Invoice details, click on Edit.
  2. Add your business-specific details and click on Save. They will appear on your invoices by default.

To include your logo on your invoices:

  1. Go to the Advanced Settings > Brand and pick the relevant Space.
  2. Click on Edit on the banner image to access the logo settings.

Add invoice and receipt notes, billing address, medical aid info and other settings:

  1. Go to the Advanced Settings > Brand (pick the relevant Space) > Invoice Settings.
  2. Invoice notes can be information like Use the invoice number as a payment reference.
  3. Receipt notes can something like Thank you for your payment!.
  4. The billing address is your own billing address.
  5. Selecting Show online booking details will show a link at the bottom of your invoice where they can book their next appointment with you.
  6. Selecting Include medical information will add the client medical aid details for submission to medical aids.
