Disable online bookings
If you do not want to have online bookings, you can disable the booking widget

To disable online bookings for a practitioner
- Go to advanced settings: From the app sitebase, click on "advanced settings", or navigate directly to: https://settings.appointmentguru.co
- From the sidebar, under "account", click profile
- Scroll down to the "booking widget" section and check: "completely disable online bookings"
- Optionally add a note
Result
- When a client visits your personal booking page, they will see the following notice:
- When a client visits your space bookings page, you will not be listed as an available practitioner
Some important notes about online booking pages:
- The booking page is publically available on the web, but it is not indexed by search engines.
- The idea is that you can share it with your clients, but random users on the internet should not stumble across it.
- If you want to promote your profile online and encourage online bookings, we recommend that you use our free business and/or personal websites and include the booking widget on that
- These webpages are optimized for search (SEO), and speed 🚀
