How do I add the appointment types that I offer?

Appointment types will show the appointments you offer, and specify the cost and duration.

Appointment types are tied to your location and operating hours.

The steps:

  1. Log into your AppointmentGuru account, click on Settings and then Spaces.
  2. Choose the relevant Space > More Details and the edit icon or down-arrow.
  3. Click on the blue plus next to Appointment types and add a name, price and duration for the type of appointment you offer. You'll also be able to update any other related settings.

If needed, you'll be able to change the cost of the appointment when creating an invoice.

To remove an appointment type, click on Archive.

Repeat the above steps if you'd like to add more than one appointment type. For example, you might offer an Initial Consultation and also a Follow-up Consultation.
