How to grant customer support access to your account
In some cases, AppointmentGuru Support may require temporary access to your account to help debug a particularly complicated issue. Here's how to grant temporary access to your account.
To grant customer support access to your account:
- From the sidebar, go to Settings > Profile.
- In the Extra information block, check the box Grant customer support access to my account and save.
Customer support can now access your account to help with your issue.
