Install the JotForm Integration
Once you have created your form/s in JotForm, you will want to connect them with you AppointmentGuru account so that when a client submits a form, their form submission can be connected to their profile in AppointmentGuru (via magic 🦄)

Steps to follow
In JotForm
1. Get your API key from Jotform
- Go to settings in JotForm: From your account, click on the profile icon (top right) -> settings
- On the account page, click on API
- Under API keys, click "create new key"
- Make sure to give your key "Full Access" under "Permissions"
2. Install the JotForm integration in AppointmentGuru
- Go to the JotForm integration page: from the sidebar, click integrations -> click on "manage" for JotForm
- In the section where it says API key, enter your key from step 1 above
- If you have opted to store your data in Europe (not a bad idea) - see Privacy and security suggestions with JotForm - then tick the box that says: EU Datacenter. If you don't know what this is, then you can leave this unticked.
- Click save
Now your account is connected. The page should reload and show you a list of your JotForms. The next step will be to link the required forms to AppointmentGuru.
